On the login page of the Regulatory Portal, select the Need Help Logging link will prompt you to change your password.
The Support>Contact Us menu at the top of the screen provides contact information for the PPS client care team.

The Dashboard (under the Releases section) holds the latest 10 Release Notes.
The Dashboard (under the Known Issues section) holds the latest 10 known issues.
If there are supporting files available for a Known Issue, they can be downloaded from the Available Updated Files column on the Known Issues > See All page.
The Regulatory Insights section shows users the current regulations being reviewed by the product team and the status of implementing any changes into our products.
The Documentation & Details section on the Dashboard houses all of the PPS user’s guides.
By selecting the release note you wish to view under the Releases section, if you scroll to the bottom of the Releases page, you will see all of the spreadsheets listed under the heading Additional Resources.
On the Dashboard, under the Releases section, you will see a link to the main PPS Release Schedule.
Under the Announcements section on the Dashboard, you will see an announcement called Upcoming Webinars. If you do not see this item on the Dashboard, select the See All button in the Announcements section to locate it. The Upcoming Webinars announcement will have an Additional Resources section where the actual webinar slides will be located.
The Documentation & Details section also houses Product Overviews (e.g., ACE Product Overview). This is information from our EASYGroup™ User’s Guide, which is being shown as web pages, instead of inside a .pdf document. This section is currently under development, so you will only see a few items here (for certain payment systems) until it is completed. The timeline for completion is ongoing and TBD.
